These Terms & Services govern your use of the Galveston Cruise Center website at galvestoncruisecenter.com and the coverage guidance you request through our forms and email. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the site or send a request.
Last updated: 14 October 2026. We may revise these terms. The date above changes when we do. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
Galveston Cruise Center provides information, comparisons, and email guidance about auto warranty plans. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “the desk” mean Galveston Cruise Center. “You” means the person using the site or writing to hello@galvestoncruisecenter.com.
We help drivers understand powertrain, component, electrical, high-mileage, and roadside options. We are not a repair shop, and we are not your insurance company. A warranty contract, if you enter one, is a separate document issued in the name of the obligor or administrator identified in that contract.
Pages, sample prices, project stories, testimonials, and checklists are for general education. They describe how coverage conversations usually work. They do not describe the legal terms of any plan you might later sign. Sample monthly contributions on the pricing page are illustrations. A figure becomes meaningful only when we email a quote that names the vehicle, the mileage band, the deductible, the term, and the part schedule.
Project stories are representative. They are not case files of identifiable customers and they are not evidence that a similar failure on your car will be paid. Testimonials describe guidance experiences. They are not a warranty of claim approval.
Forms on this website collect a message in your browser and show a confirmation. They do not create an account, do not process a card, and do not bind a warranty. Do not send payment card numbers, bank details, or government identity numbers through any form or email. If a plan is offered later, payment instructions will come from the contracting party named in the paperwork, not from a surprise link.
Not every vehicle can enter every plan. Age, odometer reading, title branding you disclose, salvage history you disclose, commercial use, rides-for-hire, snowplow use, racing, and certain modifications can make a car ineligible or can change the price. You agree to describe the vehicle honestly. A quote based on mileage or use that turns out to be wrong can be withdrawn.
We may ask for photos of the odometer, a service invoice, or the existing plan schedule. You do not have to send them, but we may be unable to continue the conversation without them.
A quote is an invitation to review a plan, not a promise that an administrator will issue a contract. Quotes expire when the email says they expire, or after fourteen days if the email is silent. Mileage can move the car into another band during that time. You are responsible for checking that the year, model, and miles on the quote match the car.
Deductibles, waiting periods, labor-rate caps, and rental-day limits are part of the quote only when the email states them. Silence is not coverage.
If you enroll, the written plan, the application, and any endorsements control what is paid, what is excluded, which shop may be used, and how a claim is opened. Our emails, this website, and conversations with the desk do not amend that contract. If our summary and the contract differ, the contract wins. Ask us to quote the clause in writing before you rely on a summary.
Many plans define a waiting period in days and miles. A failure during that window is generally not a covered breakdown. Many plans also exclude conditions that existed before the effective date, including noises, leaks, or warning lights you already knew about. You agree not to treat guidance as permission to defer a known repair in the hope that a new plan will pay for it.
Plans commonly require oil changes, coolant service, and timing-component care at stated intervals. Keep invoices that show the date, the mileage, and the work. If you cannot produce records the contract demands, a claim can be reduced or denied even when the failed part is listed. We can remind you what to keep. We do not store your shop invoices unless you send them for a specific question.
Unless a contract says otherwise, you should expect exclusions for routine maintenance, brake pads and shoes, rotors and drums when treated as wear, clutch discs, wiper blades, tires, wheels, glass, trim, upholstery, rust, cosmetic paint, and damage from collision, flood, fire, theft, or misuse. Seals and gaskets are often covered only when they fail with a listed part. Software updates, infotainment screens, and hybrid or electric high-voltage components need their own question. We will not imply that an exclusion has been waived.
Claim Companion is help with organization: what to photograph, what a repair order should say, and which questions to ask before a tear-down. We do not approve or deny claims. The administrator named in your contract does. We do not guarantee response times from a shop or from an administrator. You authorize us to discuss the documents you send only for the purpose of coaching that file.
You remain responsible for authorizing repairs and for any amount the contract does not pay, including the deductible, betterment, shop charges above a labor cap, and diagnostics the contract treats as your cost when the failure is not covered.
We do not own a repair network. If a plan requires a network shop or prior authorization, that duty is yours under the contract. Roadside add-ons, when offered, have their own limits on distance, lockouts, fuel delivery, and jump-starts. A roadside benefit is not a promise that a mechanical claim will be accepted.
You agree not to misuse the site. Misuse includes attempting to probe or disrupt the pages, sending malicious code, harvesting content with automated tools in a way that degrades the service, impersonating another person, or submitting false vehicle information. You may share links to our public pages. You may not copy our logo, text, or layout for another warranty business.
The site design, logo, text, and graphics are owned by Galveston Cruise Center or used with permission. You receive a limited, revocable license to view the pages for your personal coverage research. Testimonials remain the experience of the people who wrote them; the arrangement of those notes on the site is ours. Vehicle photographs are original images created for this website.
When you submit a form, you ask us to reply to the email address you typed. You confirm that the address is yours. Do not submit someone else’s address. Message content must be lawful and relevant to warranty guidance. We may ignore abusive or irrelevant mail.
Our forms are client-side. A confirmation sentence on the screen means the browser accepted your entries. It does not by itself prove that a mailbox received a copy. For an important claim deadline, also write directly to hello@galvestoncruisecenter.com and keep your own record.
If you subscribe, you agree to receive coverage notes of the type you selected. You may unsubscribe on the unsubscribe page or by emailing hello@galvestoncruisecenter.com with the subject Unsubscribe. Unsubscribing stops newsletter notes. It does not cancel a warranty contract and it does not erase a quote thread you still want answered. See the privacy policy for how email addresses are handled.
Footer icons may open a social network so you can share our address. Those networks have their own terms. We do not control them. A link is not an endorsement of a shop, a part brand, or another warranty seller.
The site and the guidance are provided as available. We work carefully, and we still disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular vehicle, and non-infringement to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We do not warrant that sample prices, part examples, or desk hours will remain unchanged, that email will be uninterrupted, or that a plan will be issued.
Automotive repairs are technical. We do not diagnose your car through a website. If the vehicle is unsafe, stop driving it and consult a qualified technician. Nothing on this site is mechanical advice for a roadside emergency.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Galveston Cruise Center and its people are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost wages, rental charges, or repair costs that a contract does not pay. Our total liability for a claim arising out of the website or the guidance, other than a liability that the law does not allow us to limit, will not exceed the amount you paid us specifically for the guidance service in the three months before the claim. If you paid nothing for the guidance, that cap is zero for discretionary losses and does not limit rights that applicable law keeps in place.
Some rules do not allow certain limitations. In those cases the limitation applies only as far as the law allows.
You will indemnify and hold the desk harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising out of your misuse of the site, your false vehicle description, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our own willful misconduct.
We may refuse a conversation, close a thread, or stop offering a path if information is inconsistent, if the vehicle is outside every plan we discuss, or if communication becomes abusive. We may also update or retire pages without notice.
Personal information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. That policy is part of the way we work, and these terms do not reduce the choices it gives you.
We cannot unilaterally change a warranty contract that an administrator has already issued. Requests to cancel, transfer, or amend a plan follow that contract. Transferring a plan when you sell a car is possible only when the contract allows a transfer and the required notice is given in time.
These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and Galveston Cruise Center about use of the website and the email guidance. They do not replace a warranty contract you sign. If a section of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@galvestoncruisecenter.com. Please use the subject line Terms. We reply by email during desk hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Sunday messages are read on the next open day.
